Tradetec TLAP140B Arte Adaptor Plate 140mm to 90mm Brushed Nickel (NEW In Box)

The Tradetec TLAP140B is a brushed nickel aluminium adaptor plate for recessed downlights, supplied to the Australian market by Martec Pty Ltd. It is used when a ceiling already carries large downlight holes and a smaller modern LED downlight is being fitted. The plate covers an existing hole of up to 140 mm and presents a 90 mm aperture, which removes the need to patch and repaint the ceiling.

The plate is aluminium with a brushed nickel finish and is retained by spring clips in the same manner as a downlight, with the downlight then mounting into the plate. The manufacturer specifies it for the Tradetec Arte range of 90 mm cut out LED downlights.
