Additional Information

Please read this before ordering. The master carton has been opened for inspection and photography, so this is offered as new open box rather than factory sealed. The codec and camera inner boxes remain sealed.

The Polycom datasheet lists the Group 500 kit as including a RealPresence Group microphone array, a remote control and a cable bundle. Those items sit inside the sealed codec box and have not been individually sighted. Buyers who require the microphone array should contact us before ordering so the box can be opened and the contents confirmed.

The 720p figure is the licence tier of this part number. Although the EagleEye IV 12x camera is a 1080p device, the system is not licensed for 1080p people video.

The RealPresence Group series is end of sale and end of software support at Poly and HP. Software release 4.3.1 dates from 2014. Firmware upgrades and cloud service registration may not be available. Purchase this unit on the basis of its current on premises capability.
