It is a black metal mounting plate carrying the room compute engine and the content ingest converter already mounted and cabled, with a cable retention plate and reusable tie wraps, so the installer mounts one plate rather than building the rack-side hardware piece by piece.

The unit supplied here carries a Crestron UC-ENGINE-D-T compute engine, part number 6512696, model D14U, rated 19.5 VDC at 6.7 A, and a Crestron HD-CONV-USB-260 content ingest converter which takes HDMI over CAT5 and presents it to the engine as USB 3.0. The assembly is Certified for Microsoft Teams. Crestron publishes the bracket assembly at a maximum 381 mm high by 368 mm wide by 49 mm deep and a maximum 3.7 kg, and it mounts to a VESA compliant display, to a wall of 10 to 19 mm thickness, or to other building structure.
