The Crestron HD-TXC-101-C-E is a surface mount DM Lite transmitter, Crestron part number 6509872. Paired with a DM Lite or DMPS Lite receiver, it provides point to point extension of HDMI, RS-232 and IR over a single CATx cable, replacing a long and expensive HDMI run with structured cabling.

The transmitter carries up to 3840x2160 at 60 Hz in 4:2:0, 4096x2160 DCI 4K at 24 to 30 Hz, 4K30 at 4:4:4 and 1080p60, with 3D and Deep Color support, and is HDCP 2.2 compliant. Reach is up to 70 m for 1080p, WUXGA and 2K signals and up to 40 m for UHD and 4K. Control is carried on the same cable, with bidirectional IR pass-through to 60 kHz and two-way RS-232 pass-through to 115.2k baud on transmit and receive lines. The chassis is metal in a black finish, and the supplied power pack accepts 100 to 240 VAC and outputs 24 VDC at 1.25 A.
