Crestron DM-NVX-E20 6511648 4K60 Network AV Encoder HDMI PoE (NEW Sealed)

The Crestron DM-NVX-E20 is a DM NVX AV-over-IP encoder, Crestron part number 6511648 and regulatory model M202028003. It takes a single HDMI source and streams it across a standard Gigabit Ethernet network to any number of DM NVX decoders, so an AV distribution system is built on ordinary network switching rather than a dedicated matrix.

The encoder handles video up to 4K60 4:2:0, and 4K30 at 4:4:4, with a maximum input of 4096x2160 at 60 Hz. Bit rate is 200 to 950 Mbps with adaptive rate control that configures itself to the input, and a minimum of 350 Mbps is required for 4K60. HDCP 2.3 is supported on input and output. Audio runs to multichannel 7.1 with a 24-bit 48 kHz analog stereo line output. Connections are one HDMI Type A input, one 1000BASE-T RJ-45 with PoE, a 3.5 mm analog audio output, a 3.5 mm IR and serial port, a 3.5 mm RS-232 COM port and a 2.1 x 5.5 mm DC input. The unit is a fanless IEEE 802.3af Type 1 Class 3 powered device drawing 8.6 W typical, and supports 802.1X, TLS, SSH, HTTPS and AES-128.
