The Avaya BM12 is a 12 button expansion module for Avaya 9500 series digital and 9600 series IP deskphones. Part number 700480643, model BM12D01A-1009, charcoal grey. It adds programmable feature and line appearance buttons beside the phone for receptionists and heavy call handlers.

Each of the 12 buttons has dual red and green LEDs and the module supports two pages, giving 24 programmable positions. Up to three modules can be attached to one phone. This unit is new and factory sealed with the Avaya seal intact.
